This week’s schedule: run 3 minutes, walk 90 sec, run 5 minutes, walk 2.5 minutes, then repeat. I was able to get a treadmill today. I walked at 3.8 mph and ran at 5.0 mph for the first 3 runs. For the last 5 minute run, I cut back to 4.8 mph until the last minute. I figured it was more important to finish than to worry about the insanely slow speed.
I wore my other new shoes today, the Asics. They felt okay around the house and okay while I was running, but when I first put them on at the Y, they seemed very short, despite being 1/2 size larger than my usual size.
I got back on the scale this morning and I’m really not losing weight. Probably because I’m HUNGRY and I’m eating more. After this next sale, I need to find a dietitian who can help me work on my eating
