CSA – Week Four

Box contained:

asparagus

Swiss chard

lettuce, butterhead

lettuce, romaine

salad mix

sugar snap peas

strawberries

garlic scapes

In the past week, we’ve had:

SALAD!  Thing One and Thing Two are spending a few days at Granna’s house, so I send the strawberries and a big bag of salad with them.  I had a salad with grilled chicken breast and there is still a HUGE bag of lettuce left.

Asparagus was cooked with balsamic vinagrette and eaten cold.

Swiss chard & sugar snap peas are still in my fridge.
