In the past week, we’ve had:

We left for vacation on Thursday and sent what was left to Camp Grandma along with Thing One and Thing Two.  A friend will be picking up and enjoying week seven’s share.

sugar snap peas

zucchini

In the past week, we’ve had:

grilled asparagus

grilled squash & zucchini

most of the lettuce came with us to visit my parents for the weekend

yellow swash boiled with butter, salt, & pepper

beets went to a friend who loves roasted beets

sugar snap peas are still in my fridge

I just threw away the Swiss chard from last week and parsnips from week two

In the past week, we’ve had:

SALAD!  Thing One and Thing Two are spending a few days at Granna’s house, so I send the strawberries and a big bag of salad with them.  I had a salad with grilled chicken breast and there is still a HUGE bag of lettuce left.

Asparagus was cooked with balsamic vinagrette and eaten cold.

Swiss chard & sugar snap peas are still in my fridge.

In the past week, we’ve had:

Grilled asparagus

Stir fry with chicken, sugar snap peas, bok choy from last week & this week, and last week’s garlic greens

Mint is gone, but I didn’t use it.  Either DH put it in his iced tea or just tossed it.

Salad, salad, and more salad.

The parsnips from week two are still sitting in the fridge.

Their blog mentions radishes, but we didn’t get any.  Sometimes that happens.

Strawberries, gobbled up quickly by Thing One and Thing Two

Asparagus drizzled with Italian dressing and baked

Salad

Spinach, but I’ve honestly forgotten what I did with it

Sage is drying in the laundry room and the bok choy is still hanging around.
