Yep, kindergarteners now have spelling tests. At least it didn’t start until second semester. I stood at the sink washing dishes and called out the words for him to practice just like my mother used to do.

Yep, Thing One has a cavity between his back two molars. We’re not flossing good enough. Add that to all the school events today and I feel like I’ve been kicked in the head.

He’s got an appointment in two weeks for a filling. I’d like to find someone to foist Thing Two off on so I can take him alone, but I don’t know if that will happen.
